Bill Payment

West Gregg Special Utility District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

All bills are due on the 15th of each month. Once an account is past due the total amount has to be paid in order to avoid disconnect. If you make a partial payment when your bill is past due, your account will still be subject to disconnect.

It is the customer's responsibility to deactivate your PayStar account when you are no longer a West Gregg SUD customer.

For PayStar website issues only call 1-888-617-1811.
